Surfaces must be clean and dry. Sand and dust irregularities. Knots and sap streaks should be sealed. Joints, cracks, nail holes and other voids should be filled. All mildewed areas should be scrubbed with an appropriate mildew eliminating cleaner. All fungus and algae affected area should be cleaned by anti fungicidal solution. Hose down with clean water and then allow it to dry before priming. Excessively chalky, salty or dusty surfaces should be scrubbed with freshwater, and then hosed clean. Stir thoroughly before application. Material is supplied ready to use but can be thinned by water up to 70 % by volume depending upon the surface.
